1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Marhaba Yachts website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Reservations

All yacht rentals require a booking in advance. Requests can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or the inquiry form on our website. A booking is confirmed once we agree on availability and payment terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old for private yacht rentals
• Valid identification required at time of service
• Guests must follow all instructions from our licensed captains

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Marhaba Yachts does not have a strict cancellation or refund policy. However, we ask for flexibility in the following:

• Rescheduling: In case of any emergency, guests may reschedule their trip at no penalty
• Notice Required: Please inform us at least 2 days in advance if you plan to reschedule
• Flexibility: We work with you to find alternative dates that suit your schedule
• Refunds: Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis depending on circumstances

4. Identification Requirements

Valid identification is required at the time of service:

• Digital ID copies are accepted
• Physical ID may be required for verification
• At least one adult must have valid identification

6. Balloon Decorations

Balloon decorations are complimentary for trips lasting 3 hours or longer. For trips shorter than 3 hours, balloon decoration is available for an additional AED 100 charge.

7. Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages are not provided by Marhaba Yachts. However, guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages onboard. All standard safety regulations regarding alcohol consumption apply.

8. Payment Terms

Payment timing, method, and any deposit requirements are confirmed during booking. Payments are handled offline; this website does not process or store card payments.

9. Safety and Liability

All guests participate in yacht rentals at their own risk. Marhaba Yachts is not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents during the charter
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Seasickness or discomfort
• Weather-related cancellations or delays
• Equipment failure or mechanical issues

By participating in any yacht rental, you acknowledge the inherent risks and assume all liability. Life jackets and safety equipment must be used as instructed.

10. Weather Conditions

On severe weather conditions and unsafe situations, the trip can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Marhaba Yachts reserves the right to cancel or modify any charter due to severe weather conditions, sea conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Guests are prohibited from:

• Possessing or consuming illegal drugs
• Operating a vessel while under the influence of alcohol
• Damaging or vandalizing company property
• Refusing to follow safety instructions from crew
• Engaging in illegal activities
• Harassing other guests or crew members

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the vessel and forfeiture of all payments.

• Jet ski rentals
• Fresh towels (as per request)
• Music system setup
• Custom decorations and themes

13. Limitation of Liability

Marhaba Yachts and its owners, operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Marhaba Yachts and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

15. Modifications to Terms

Marhaba Yachts reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai.
